We contracted MDC in February 2005 to complete our extensions and renovations to our property in Sorrento, Victoria.

The scope of this work covered the addition of a second storey to the existing building including a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as extensive external improvements. These included upgrading of the decking in our backyard, a shed for outside entertaining and major landscaping works in the front yard.  The estimated completion date was set for November 2005.

Through this reference we wish to record our complete satisfaction with the work which was carried out by MDC.  The project was completed on time and within budget.

In addition the quality in workmanship was maintained at a high standard throughout and the interface with the various site personnel including Dave the site supervisor was always cordial and very effective.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Mansfield Design & Construction for any construction work to our friends in the future.
