After very careful consideration, I selected Mansfield Design & Construction for my major renovation project at Sorrento. Having spoken to FIVE builders in the area, inspected at least two homes built by each and after requesting detailed quotations, a very clear picture emerged.  The builders basically fell into two categories -
1. Those who didn’t have the time or couldn’t be bothered and made me feel I was being a nuisance, and
2. The ONE that made me feel my business was important and would do whatever it took - Ralph Mansfield.

This attitude extended right through the build period, with proactive solutions to difficult situations as they occurred and even if it meant more work, the end result was always the main objective. Site meetings were never a problem and always very constructive.

The Mansfield team worked well together, were very knowledgeable and their attention to detail was exemplary.  They showed a pride in their work and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.  The sub-trades projected the same level in quality of workmanship.

The overall build experience was without drama and came in on budget. I would have NO hesitation in recommending Mansfield Design & Construction for any size of project.
